Psycho[]

[Margaret Thatcher walks into the bathroom of Downing Street. Singing can be heard in the shower.]

Thatcher: Who's that in the shower? [She opens the curtains to reveal Edward Heath in a sailor outfit.] Teddy! You're still here! I thought you were killed off years ago!

Heath: Oh, no no no. It's all been a dream. I'm still in power, you're still an overly, there's no social innovation in the country, unemployment's still one million, the economy's booming and everything‘s hunky dory.

Thatcher: Oh bums.

[She takes out a knife and stabs him through the curtains. Heath can be heard saying “oh no”. Blue blood stains the wall and his face, and the curtains fall on the ground. All this is done over the credits and the ending music.]

50 Years of the BBC[]

Narrator: 50 years of the BBC. Tonight, Norman Tebbit selects his favourite moments from half a century of public broadcasting.

[The screen turns to a white dot.)

Voice: And don't forget to switch off your sets.
