Henry Kissinger (1923) is a American politician who was National Security Advisor (1969-1975) and Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford administration (1973-1977). He received the Nobel Peace Prize for his negotiations to bring the Vietnam War to and end in 1973, but is also controversial because he personally oversaw the illegal and secret bombings in Cambodia during this war.

Kissinger was featured in a sketch where he, Nixon and Reagan play cards. Reagan claims he doesn't understand why he hasn't received a Nobel Peace Prize yet to which Kissinger replies: "I got it for bombing Cambodia."
